Amish County Inn Services & Policies

• All rates posted are for 2 persons and do not include tax. A charge of $10 for each additional adult or $6.00 per child age 12 to 17. We have a maximum of 5 people per room. There must be at least one person age 18 or older in each room.
  
• Rates include a continental breakfast in our lobby.
  
• All guests receive a room key upon check-in. All room keys must be returned to the front desk upon check-out. Failure to return a room key will result in a $25.00 charged being assessed to the credit card of record.
  
• Check-in is anytime after 3:00pm and Check-out is anytime before 11:00am
  
• A credit card is required to secure a reservation. No deposit is charged to the card. The credit card of record will be used to secure payment for any charges relating to violations of our policies.
  
• 24-Hour Cancellation Policy for Individual Reservations: We require a 24 hour notice of cancellation of the reservation. Any cancellation with less than a 24 hour notice will be assessed a charge of $50 to the credit card of record. Guests associated with a Group Reservation will have a 45-day cancellation policy as per the group contract.
  
• We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex, Cash and Personal Checks with proper identification.
  
• Out of consideration for guests with allergies, no pets are permitted. Any room found harboring a pet, either while still in the room reserved or after check-out, will be assessed a charge of $50.00 on the credit card of record.
  
• Our guests receive swimming privileges at the Velocity Fitness Center located next door. You will have free use of the indoor heated swimming pool, whirlpool and sauna. Please note: there is no lifeguard on duty. An adult must accompany all children under the age of 18 at all times. You must sign a waiver at our Front Desk releasing Velocity Fitness Center and the Amish Country Inn from any damages due to injuries you may receive. You will receive a Pool Pass and towels to take to the pool. All towels must be returned to the Amish Country Inn.
  
• Velocity Fitness Center also has exercise equipment, racketball, and a Day Spa available at a separate charge. Please call 330-893-3101 to schedule any of these activities.
  
• Smoking is permitted in designated Smoking Rooms only. Smoking in a non-smoking room, hallway or lobby will result in a $50.00 charge being assessed to the credit card of record.
